(Photo: Dr. V\u0169 Th\u00e0nh Nam)<\/span><\/p>\n The <\/span>Analysis Group<\/b> belongs to the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics and was established under Decision No. 2501\/Q\u0110-\u0110HBK dated March 21, 2024, by the President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, based on the restructuring of the former Fundamental Mathematics Department. Together with the Algebra Group, it originates from the Fundamental Mathematics Department, one of the oldest departments at Hanoi University of Science and Technology.<\/span><\/p>\n The group is responsible for the academic management of general mathematics courses (for all students of Hanoi University of Science and Technology) and foundational courses (for undergraduate and graduate students in Mathematics-Informatics) such as: Calculus I, Calculus III, Foundations of Functional Analysis, Partial Differential Equations, Complex Analysis and Applications, Operator Calculus, Convolution-type Integral Transforms and Applications.<\/span><\/p>\n In addition to teaching, the group members also lead and conduct several important research projects.
