L\u00ea Xu\u00e2n L\u00fd (Photo: Dr. V\u0169 Th\u00e0nh Nam)<\/span><\/p>\n The <\/span>Probability, Statistics, and Applications Group<\/b> belongs to the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics and was established under Decision No. 2501\/Q\u0110-\u0110HBK dated March 21, 2024, by the President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology. The group consists of 10 core members, including 2 Assoc. Prof., 7 Ph.D.s, and 2 M.Sc.s. It is responsible for the academic management of several general courses in undergraduate engineering and bachelor programs, as well as foundational and specialized courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs in Mathematics-Informatics and Information Systems Management.<\/span><\/p>\n Building on the University\u2019s and Faculty\u2019s tradition of training high-quality human resources, the group\u2019s teaching staff consistently focus on professional development and ensuring the quality of the courses they manage. The content of each course is kept up-to-date, modern, aligned with the curriculum requirements, and closely connected to practical applications and technological advancements.<\/span><\/p>\n In addition to teaching, the group undertakes other tasks assigned by the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics.
